My dog ate a plastic sandwich bag?
My dog ate a plastic sandwich bag on Friday night, but I called the vet and she said as long as she was pooping and not throwing up it was fine. She threw up once last night, but she's pooping regularly but I haven't seen the bag come out yet, But I also don't think it's causing any blockage. Is her health in danger? Should I all the vet?
Four days ago. No sign of the bag in feces? If she is still eating well, drinking and not vomiting after four days if there was a blockage she would be on the verge of death.
I would say you are in the clear by now but if you feel uncomfortable take her in and get an ex-ray.
To me it is worth the money for peace of mind.
