Is it true that killing someone with a guillotine choke leaves no physical evidence?

I saw this somewhere and realized that it is a pretty unique choke, and doesn't leave marks, but now I wonder if it would show up on an autopsy through bruise that show up more so after death, peticule hemorrhaging, larynx damage, hyoid damage, ect. Not gonna kill anyone, just found it interesting. I saw it on Law and order: CI and I thought it was ridiculous, but now I'm curious.

Well your right it is ridiculous.... many changes do occur in asphyxiation such as low blood oxygen levels in the heart and brain which leaves both organs with tell tale signs. Not to mention the internal bruising or hemorrhaging near the spinal cord in the neck.
Many of these signs may not be visible to the general (misinformed) public, but you can be sure that a trained doctor doing an autopsy would spot many things right away.
In fact, they could tell you pretty close to how many hours ago the victim was choked as well.

Yeah, good idea...do not kill anyone.
