How long can I safely run with my baby in a jogging stroller?
I recently bought a BOB jogging stroller and we're ready to go for runs with our 6.5 month old baby. He sits up well and holds his head up fine.
The doctor says its fine to go running with him. My wife and I are runners and want to train for long runs. So my question is if there are guidelines on how long you can run with a baby in a jogging stroller?
I.e. 1 hour, 2 hours...
i would say until your son gets cranky. It just depends on the weather and the sun. Remember sun screen!!!

Local man runs for his daughter and a cause
When Jonathan Kuehnle goes for a run around his neighborhood, he pushes his daughter, Ella, in a jogging stroller. But when he ran the grueling 26.2 miles of Cincinnati's Flying Pig Marathon in May, Ella was the one pushing him. Kuehnle ran the marathon to benefit the Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio. It's a cause close to his heart because Ella, 6, was born with the genetic condition.
