I have 125K to spend on a new home. What are some good locations to find quality house for 125K?
In my neck of the woods, front range of Colorado, 125K will buy you a busted up condo. Of course I have been doing my research (Columbia, MO is one such place), but it's hard to scan the entire country. Yes I am willing to relocate. No I am not concerned about work. I can find work anywhere. Yes I want an urban area. No it doesn't have to be a big urban area. For the record, I am single, and have no kids.

Indianapolis, IN. We have a growing urban area, a low crime rate and you can get at least a 3 BD ranch in a nice area for 125k. The people have that midwestern friendly attitude but we are growing and our downtown area provides quite a bit of entertainment. I would take a look at www.mibor.com to see the homes listed.
